Event description

Description

NPR’s Invisibilia, a science show hosted, produced and edited by an award-winning team of women journalists, reveals the invisible forces that affect human behavior by weaving rich storytelling with scientific research to help listeners reconsider how they think, live and act.

The L’Oréal USA For Women in Science program recognizes outstanding women researchers who are contributing to scientific progress and aims to inspire a new generation of women in STEM fields.

On October 24th, these leaders in science, communication and research will come together for an evening of exploration into the world of human strength and resilience.

The event will unite the research of women scientists with engaging human stories told by women journalists. You’ll not only leave with a better understanding of yourself, but you’ll be asking how you too can change the world through the power of science and storytelling.
