Stunning interpretations of the impact of light and dark on a photograph can be viewed in, Light, Shadow, and Reflection, the current exhibition at Gallery 625. The use of reflection, whether from water, a window, or other reflective surfaces, is also explored in this show.
Artists participating in the exhibition include members of local photography clubs: Camera Club of Davis, Woodland Camera Forum, Sierra Camera Club of Sacramento, and the Exploring Photography Club of Vacaville.
The exhibition features the photographic art of Doug Arnold, Maryellen Bauer, John Bernard, Susan L. Bovey, Mary Ann Carrasco, Allesandra Chaves, Diana Coleman, Larry Coleman, Alan Fishleder, Nadeen Flynn, Laurie Friedman, Kathleen Grady, Richard Halliburton, Mark Jones,Greg Jung, Andrew Koscheski, Grant Kreinburg, Deanna Lee, Jan Lightfoot, Larry Miyamura, David Nasater, Gabriel Unda, Gert van Ommering, Lucille van Ommering, Charlie Willard, Maria Wlasiuk, and Susan Wong.
Light, Shadow, and Reflection, runs through February 2, 2021 at Gallery 625, located at 625 Court Street in Woodland, in Yolo County's Erwin Meier Administration building. The gallery is open Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Public health guidelines for physical distancing and the use of face coverings are required.
