Today, PR in conjunction with marketing, works on internal company programs to promote “Living the Brand” which helps to, in turn, protect the brand. This session demonstrates how to successfully transition from the brand voice to the social media brand voice with the assistance of an army of employee champions. Arming these champions with brand education and good judgment results in a Reputation Task Force equipped to support brand health and a positive image, especially as more employees engage with your brand’s constituents online.
