They seek to drive a consistent approach, or methodology, to efficiently execute deals based on past success.  With that goal in mind, there are many challenges for VP of Sales:

·         Delivering a learning experience that maximizes uptake and leads to real behavioral change

·         Doing it all on a relatively short timeline to demonstrate success

Silicon Valley VP Sales Forum

The Forum is comprised of Silicon Valley Vice President's of Sales/ Chief Revenue Officers who meet face to face regularly to discuss mutual business issues for professional and personal development. Members benefit by networking with industry peers and sharing expertise in areas that relate to professional business-to-business sales, support, marketing, compensation, and other organizational issues.

Membership requirements:
* Current VPs of Sales with quota bearing managers/ reps or have held a VP Sales role within the last 18 months.
* Primary residence in Silicon Valley (San Francisco Bay Area)
* To remain an active in good standing in The Forum, the member must attend at least one Forum group session per year.
