Event Details

What makes a UX experience effective, pleasant? Usability. No amazing technology can overcome an experience that's frustrating, complex or insulting to the user.

Celebrate World Usability Day with Firecat by finding out more about usability testing and techniques that anyone can use to improve online results. Attendees will also participate in a usability test.

About the Presenter

Dr. Gail Tomiak is Adjunct Professor in Engineering at St. Mary's University, where she teaches Human Factors Engineering, and she is Director of Research at a large financial services firm. The applied research program and projects Gail's team runs identify insights and suggest improvements that help create award-winning web presence, mobile, mobile apps, social apps, and other interfaces some of the best customer experiences in the financial services industry.

We're getting an early start on World Usability Day - which this year is November 13.
