Learn Brazilian exercise tips & tricks for working the bum and lower body in the gym. Exercises come straight from Brazilian gyms and beaches for a guaranteed booty burn. Each workshop will be 60 minutes of class using a mix of equipment, weights and bodyweight exercises. All participants receive a two week plan with suggested exercise program so that you can put your skills to use beyond the workshop!
