Event Details

Artificial Intelligence (AI) touches many facets of our work and lives, and the exploration of new areas of impact continues. One such area is Customer and Employee Experience, where chatbots and voice assistants facilitate routine tasks and questions, automation routes issues to the best-suited agent, and machine learning helps make the system better over time. But these examples only scratch the surface of what’s possible.

Join SWE for an evening dedicated to making Customer & Employee Experience more intelligent and automated using AI. The session will include a panel discussion with Customer and Employee Experience-focused professionals, who will discuss how AI is being applied today to improve customer and employee service & support, to simplify end-user experiences, and to save businesses time and resources. Join in on the conversation and help us imagine how it can be applied in the future. Attivio’s VP Product and R&D, Dorit Zilbershot, will also demonstrate some customer experience-focused capabilities the company is delivering to its customers today.

Agenda:

5:30pm-6:15pm Welcome reception

6:15pm-7:00pm Panel Discussion

7:00pm-7:15pm Demonstration

7:15pm-8:00pm Networking
