Event description

Description

France-Atlanta is proud to partner with the Georgia Tech College of Design and the Institut français to present “Nouvelles Richesses,” a showcase of France’s most original new architecture!

Georgia Tech will hold a reception on November 1st to celebrate the opening of Nouvelles Richesses, an exhibition presented by France at the 2016 Venice Architecture Biennale. Paris-based architects and Nouvelles Richesses collaborators Jordi Pimas and Grichka Martinetti will be on hand to introduce the exhibition and speak about its conception and realization.

Imaginative and innovative, Nouvelles Richesses showcases an array of contemporary architectural projects developed by a new generation of French architects.

A collaborative work by curators Frédéric Bonnet, OBRAS and Collectif AJAP14, the exhibition embodies the vitality of French architecture while addressing national and international issues such as sustainability, urban development, social infrastructure and affordability.
