Nourished Holidays: How to Stop Overeating Without Restriction or Willpower

A free live masterclass to move through the season with confidence, presence, and peace around food

A holiday season can feel warm and exciting, and it can also feel noisy on the inside.

Many women tell me this time of year asks a lot of them. There is sugar in every direction, full schedules, long evenings, early mornings, and a steady expectation to be available for everything and everyone.
When the pace picks up, self care slips. Sleep gets lighter. Emotions sit closer to the surface. Family dynamics stir memories that have not been present all year. It becomes easier to lose track of your needs and harder to stay connected to your body.

When that happens, food becomes the place where stress gathers. Not because something is wrong, but because the season brings more stimulation, more emotion, and more vulnerability than usual.

By late December, many women feel tired, uncomfortable in their bodies, and unsure how things escalated so quickly.

I created this class to help you settle before the season begins, reconnect to yourself, and move through the holidays with more presence and calm.

A Holiday That Feels Nourishing

Imagine eating the foods you love while staying connected to your body.
Imagine responding to stress with more clarity and less urgency.
Imagine moving through gatherings with a sense of calm instead of pressure.
Imagine starting January feeling proud of how you cared for yourself.

This is the support we build together.

What You’ll Experience

In this class, we’ll get clear on what you actually need this holiday season so you can feel at peace come January 2nd

We’ll begin with a grounding practice and a simple prayer to bring you back into your body. You’ll set an intention for the season and name what you want to experience.

Then we’ll look at your patterns with food and stress. Not to judge them, but to understand them. You’ll see how emotions, sugar, and exhaustion influence your choices, and I’ll coach you through practical tools that support you in real moments when cravings rise, when family roles return, or when routines fall apart.

We’ll explore the places that tend to feel hardest during this season:

• sugar and cravings

• old family roles

• emotional sensitivity

• loneliness

• travel

• pressure to please

• disrupted routines

You’ll leave with an approach that honors your body, your energy, and your real life. Something steady and doable, not rigid or punishing.

We’ll close with Q an A- bring your specific questions and challenges and we will work them in real time.
