Join Holistic Health & Life Coaches, Stephanie Marino and Liz Smith for our 2 hour interactive, fun Desire Mapping workshop, where we focus on uncovering your Core Desired Feelings, how to effectively apply this to your goal setting process, and the tools to maintain motivation from goal setting to goal achievement!


The Desire Map is a program developed by Danielle LaPorte which efficiently helps people get clear on how they want to feel in 5 major areas of life. We will be focusing on Health & Wellness, with a highlight on Positive Body Image & Healthy Weight Loss. You will learn how to clearly define authentically aligned goals, and how doing so will give you a greater sense of achievement and fulfillment. Rather than pushing through with struggle, rigidity, self-hate and stress, Desire Mapping supports you with a sense of ease and fluidity, resulting in powerful, effective, long-term goal achievement.

Stephanie Marino is Health & Life Coach supporting women in personal and spiritual development, freedom from poor body image and disordered eating, nutritional counseling, meditation and mindset, confidence and empowerment. In her work, clients develop a thriving relationship to food, to their body and to their life.
