Not Your Grandma’s Potluck

A journey through the body, the psyche, and the sacred.

🔥 Come hungry. Leave stirred. 🔥

You’re invited to a new kind of potluck—where we feed more than just your belly.

This Month’s Focus: Desire, Boundaries, and Playful Permission

What does it mean to want without performing?

To ask without demanding?

To explore pleasure without it being about sex?

This month, we’re diving into sacral sovereignty—where desire meets discernment, and curiosity becomes its own kind of power.

You’ll walk away with:

🌀 A clearer sense of your true yes, no, and maybe—in real-time

🌀 Fun, low-stakes practice playing with power dynamics like asking, leading, and responding

🌀 Space to practice discerning when connection feels easy or awkward

🌀 Insight into the quiet stories that shape your relationship with desire, rejection, and permission

Through games, guided play, and embodied exercises, we’ll explore how to make contact—without pressure, without attachment, and with full permission to pause, opt out, or get silly. This isn’t about seduction or performance. It’s about presence, self-trust, and sovereign expression.

Whether you light up as the center of attention, prefer to witness from the sidelines, or want to test the waters of playful risk—there’s a role for you here.

This month’s potluck is a laboratory for real-time connection, somatic curiosity, and sacred mischief.

Come curious. Leave more alive. Let your sacral center be your guide.

Each night blends:

– 🍲 A shared meal (yes, bring something delicious)

– 🔥 A guided experience or embodied teaching

– 💫 Space to connect, integrate, and just be

We’ll touch on themes like Tantra, conscious kink, altered states, shadow work, communication, emotional mastery, and more—all with a spirit of curiosity, consent, and fun.

Whether you're a curious first-timer or a seasoned seeker, there’s something here for you.

🍴 What to Bring

We invite you to bring a dish that feeds more than just the belly—something nourishing for the mind, body, and spirit.

✨ Meat is welcome.

✨ Doritos… maybe not this time.

✨ Bonus points if it’s colorful, homemade-ish, or full of good vibes.

Not a cook? No problem. Fruit platters, hearty dips, roasted veggies, or your favorite “accidentally healthy” snack from the store are all perfect.

If you have a cushion or something comfy to sit on, bring it along.

Come solo, bring a friend, or show up with your curiosity. Just know—you’ll leave a little more connected than when you arrived.

This offering is donation-based—come as you are, and if you’re feeling moved and able, consider contributing ($20 suggested).

This isn’t your grandma’s potluck. But she’d probably be intrigued.
