We’ll practice the art of mindfulness while physically moving our bodies. We’ll breathe in the beauty of nature, and enjoy a fresh, beautiful farm-to-table meal. We’ll learn about the healing power of food, and how our senses can deeply connect our inner nature with the natural world.
