NOURISH! An Inner Journey to Self-Care
Event Information
About this Event
Self-care is only as good as the foundation upon which it rests. In other words, you can have the best self-care program yet it is futile if you don't have the supporting beliefs and actions to make it happen.
In this series, we will explore our inner narratives, beliefs and behaviours that affect our self-care. And, we will also develop personal care strategies that are sustainable, do-able and feel good.
This eight week series with up to ten other women is an intimate deep dive of connection, inner reflection and inquiry. Each week we will share about our journeys to self care and the realizations we are coming to through the guided process .
In this eight week series, you will:
- Cultivate a deeper relationship to self-care that will ripple out into all aspects of your life
- Examine underlying beliefs and patterns that affect your ability and willingness to practice self-care
- Re-pattern your beliefs and behaviours in a way that is accessible and achievable
- Learn how to have a more loving, compassionate and kind relationship with yourself
- Experience more joy, love and energy in your life

TESTIMONIALS:
Nourish! was a first for me. Hadn’t participated in group work before but was curious about exploring ideas around self care and restoration. Christina’s mindful and loving facilitation broadened my perspective and gave me valuable tools for cultivating a deeper relationship with myself. Sharing my journey with the group and listening to their experiences was the most surprising and impactful part of the course. Christina cultivated a safe and open environment for sharing, learning and appreciating one another. It was a beautiful experience. - Sarah
Christina is a rare soul that is deeply committed to helping women come home to themselves. Her connection to spirit and her ability to express practice ways of relating to life is inspiring and easily applicable. It was a true joy to share such a safe space with other women who are all focussed on similar goals. A highlight of my year, and one I would recommend to all who want to deepen their relationship with themselves and those around them. Thank you Christina. - Ariane
Being a participant in this course gave me an opportunity to explore a deeper connection to myself. It helped me to define my needs, my boundaries and what I hold of true importance in my life. With the gentle focus on self reflection, I was able to get to know myself in deeper ways. It has helped me more confident and compassionate in the places where I feel most vulnerable. This class is lovingly facilitated and connects you with others who are also on this path of deeper self-exploration, healing and how to befriend one's self. I highly recommend this class to anyone as we all need to Nourish ourselves. - Melanie
