Join us Sept. 18 as we discuss the fundamental elements of board governance and how best practices can help realize your organization’s strategic vision.

During this two-hour workshop, Jodi Snell from Hedges, along with Katz, Sapper & Miller's Amanda Horvath, will guide you through an interactive session focused on learning the best practices of high-performing boards, uncovering a dual leadership approach for their organizations, and identifying actions to strengthen their boards immediately. Through exercises, small group discussion, and hands-on activities, attendees will conduct an assessment of their not-for-profit organizations' needs and leave with key actions for creating greater impact.

Participants will be eligible for up to 2 CPE credits.
