Event description

Description

Join Nossa Familia Coffee's Director of Coffee, Rob Hoos, for a discussion and tasting of four unique Guatemalan coffees. During this talk, we will be featuring four different coffee cultivars from the same farm - Finca San Jerónimo Miramar in Guatemala. The cultivars have been grown and processed with similar methodologies, at similar altitudes. There will be a tasting and a discussion on cultivars and where they are headed in the future of the coffee industry.

Cultivars featured: Gesha Slow Dry, Maragogype, Ethiopian F1, San Juan Catuai. These coffees will be available to purchase as a box set to take home or give as a gift for the coffee connoisseur on your list.

Speaker for the Night: Rob Hoos
Rob Hoos is the Director of Coffee and Lead Roaster for Nossa Familia Coffee. He has a diverse range of experience within the specialty coffee industry, including training, roasting, green coffee purchasing and roast profile evaluation.
