SPAN and the NJ Department of Education just launched a new guide on Developing and Running an Effective SEPAG. The very teamwork and collaboration that are at the core of IDEA are also at the core of Special Education Advisory Group (SEPAG) development. SEPAGs engage parents, community leaders, and school district staff in collaborative teamwork to improve education, not only for those with disabilities, but for ALL children. Thank you to everyone who provided feedback and input and participated in the development of the guide.
