Come one, come all! This is a great event for kids and grandparents, neighbors, young adults, veterans, senior citizens.
Bring an image (photo, for example), an object and a quotation (or line of poetry or a song lyric) that all have some personal meaning (and one of which specifically reflects some aspect of life in Chaffee Park).
In small groups, participants will interview one another, talk about what they brought, and get to know a little bit about one another’s lives. In telling our stories to one another, we help our community become more connected, healthier and stronger. Our stories, and the histories of our neighborhoods, give us strength as we together face changes and envision a bright future.
Facilitated by Janna Goodwin, Department of Communication, with other Regis and local community members.
The workshop is free and walk-ins are welcome-- but, please register here if you plan to attend, only because seating will be limited.
