Event description

Description

Join us for Northside Innovation's Meetup on Tuesday, January 24th, for a panel discussion entitled "How Government Policies Can Help Small Business Succeed."

More than half of Americans work for or own a small business. Startups and small businesses account for nearly 70 percent of new job creation in the United States. Making the success of small businesses critical to economic reform and prosperity.

This panel brings together small business leaders and government experts to discuss the role of the new administration and government policies in ensuring the continued success of America’s small business. An optimism index, produced by the National Federation of Independent Businesses, suggests that optimism among small business owners rose sharply following the November election. This panel will explore how to translate that optimism into practical actions that small businesses can take to develop, grow and thrive.

There will be complimentary dinner from Baohaus, beer and wine on us!
