About this event

3 BANDS + FRESH BEER + FOOD TRUCK + GOOD TIMES

Buckle up and get on down to the Northern Train Music Festival at Earth Rider Brewery featuring Ian Alexy & The Deserters, Teague Alexy Band & Boss Mamma & The Jebberhooch featuring Colleen Myhre.

IAN ALEXY & THE DESERTERS | 8-9:30 PM

Ian Alexy is a guitarist, singer and songwriter and producer, born in Philadelphia currently based in Minneapolis Minnesota. Ian's musical styles include rock n roll, folk, blues, indie-rock and pop. He is also a member of the Americana duo Hobo Nephews Of Uncle Frank. Ian's new EP Deserters is available now on Consider It Correspondence Records.

TEAGUE ALEXY BAND | 6:30-7:45 PM

Award-winning Duluth musician, author, and storyteller Teague Alexy is probably best known for his Americana songwriting in the national touring brothers duo Hobo Nephews of Uncle Frank. Teague’s songwriting is clearly influenced by his home in Minnesota as well as his childhood in New Jersey and life as a travelling musical hobo. Teague's storytelling side has deeper roots to his Irish ancestry. The name ‘Teague’ was once used to describe the storytelling poets who travelled ancient Ireland.

COLLEEN MYHRE BAND | 5-6:45 PM

Colleen (Boss Mama) Myhre has soul, and she pours it into every note. With complete control of her voice, Colleen takes listeners on an emotional ride from smooth country heartbreak to foot stomping Americana blues and beyond. Her songwriting ranges from honest emotion and earthly imagery to the raucousness of horses, strippers, and whiskey. Myhre is a folk-country-blues singer/songwriter grounded in passionate and sincere family values.

FOOD TRUCK | 5-9 PM | Oasis Del Norte will be on hand slinging tacos, burrittos, empandadas and oh so much more!
