Description

You're invited to the Northern Ohio Survivorship Summit!

Join us to learn more about cancer survivorship care topics including; nutrition & physical activity, sexual health, disparities & hospital best practices.

Registration and networking begins at 9:30 a.m. Program begins promptly at 10am. Refreshments and lunch provided. Event is FREE and offers 2.25 CME credits. Free onsite parking available.

This program is presented in collaboration by the American Cancer Society and Ohio Department of Health Comprehensive Cancer Control Program. CMEs provided by Case Western Reserve University Comprehensive Cancer Center, and event space sponsored by The NEW Center at Northeast Ohio Medical University.

*Continuing Medical Education application for CME credit has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Determination of credit is pending. CMEs are for physicians, nurses (APPs, NPs, etc.) and physician assistants.
