In this hands-on class, students will explore traditional recipes from the northern region of Italy, which include, bruchetta, Risotto alla Milanese con Luganega (saffron risotto with sausage) and a traditional italian dessert, which will be determined by the Chef. Leave any aversions to carbs and diary at the door, and indulge in some of northern Italy's most beloved ingredients.
