Hello Class of 2007!!!

We’ve come a long way since 2007. Over the last 10 years we've continued our education, started careers, and created families, but we will always remember the wonderful times we shared at Northeast.. Our two day event is about renewing old friendships- laughing and sharing stories from our high school days. Thank you for taking the time to share this weekend with old friends.

Location: Billy Dunlop Park / Address: 1930 E Boy Scout Rd, Clarksville, TN Time: 3pm-7pm Activities/Games: Profressional Face Painter, sack potato race game, ring toss game, can toss game and flag football.

Sample Menu: Hamburgers & Hot Dogs, Chips, Popcorn, Cotton Candy, and assorted candy and treats. Refreshments: Water, Lemonade, Assorted Soda

Location: Wilma Rudolph Event Center / Address: 1188 Cumberland Dr, Clarksville TN Time: 4:00 pm-10:00pm / Activities: Live DJ and Photo booth

Sample Menu: Tuscan Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Mixed Grilled Vegetables served with fresh baked bread. Beverages: Sweat Tea/ Lemonade/ Ice Water

4:00-5:00pm- Registration and Social Hour

5:00-5:30pm- Remembrance of Fallen Classmates

5:30-7:00pm Dinner/Prize Giveaway

7:00-10:00pm Dance the night away

Your name can be entered into a raffle drawing and you could win gifts cards/bags if you participate in the following:

1. Purchase a ticket during the early bird special ( 2 raffle tickets)

2. Purchase a ticket and donate a mininum of $20.00 ( 1 raffle ticket)

3. Purchase a ticket and donate $50.00 or more ( 4 raffle tickets)

4. Volunteer for one event (1 raffle ticket)

5. Volunteer for both events (2 raffle tickets )


1. How are the reunion ticket prices determined?

The ticket price is based on location, food, drinks, activities, class size, decorations, entertainment, photos/video, prizes/souvenirs for events.

2. What do I need to bring to the events?

Carnival Day- Billy Dunlop has 16 picnic tables available and they will be used on a first come first serve basis, so please feel free to bring additional chairs or picnic blankets.

All White Affair- No outside food/alcohol is allowed at the class party and would force us to lose our deposit. There will be no specific seat assignments. Please no children will be allowed. No child care will be available.

All ticket buyers will check in at both event dates and will receive a meal/drink ticket.

3. Will parking be available at the events?

Billy Dunlop Park has limited parking available and per our contract they ask that we park only in the authorized parking slots. We cannot park on the paved surfaces.

4. What are my payment options?

You can pay via online by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

5. Will I receive a payment confirmation?

Once your payment is received, you will be sent a confirmation email of your payment and registration.

6. What is the attire for the class party?

We strongly encourage everyone to participate in the theme and wear all white semi-formal attire.

7. What is the refund policy?

Because reservations are booked in advance, there will be no refunds given if you pay but do not show up. Refunds will only be given if for whatever reason the event is canceled or rescheduled.

8. When is the deadline to purchase my ticket?

January 15, 2017

10. What if I need hotel accommodations?

We are currently in the process of obtaining a group rate at the Fairfield Inn and Suites for May 25th-28th. Please reach out to one of us by January 1, 2017 and indicate how many rooms you will need and the dates.
