Description

Join us for the seventh North Texas Farm-to-Table Symposium on Monday, February 25th. Our speaker, Jeff Bednar, will describe how he created Profound Foods, a distribution hub for farmers to sell more easily to restaurants by working together. Dinner will be prepared by Chef Andrea Shackelford and the team at Harvest Seasonal Kitchen. Farmers, ranchers, chefs, artisans, restauranteurs, and local food advocates welcome.
