It has become clear: North Korea not only has nuclear weapons but is also developing intercontinental missiles with the capacity to strike the continental United States. What are the latest facts about North Korea’s weapons and the political situation? How does this crisis affect South Korea, Japan and other countries throughout Asia? How does it affect the United States? What are the possible ethical and policy responses to the current situation? Professor William J. Perry and Professor Jeffrey Lewis, two of the leading American experts on nuclear weapons and related defense policy, will address this nuclear crisis and its broader implications.
