North Devon Grief Support Group: January Session
Overview
North Devon Grief Support Group
✨ January Session ✨
January is a natural moment to pause, reflect, and gently look ahead — without pressure, fixing, or forcing yourself to feel any particular way.
This January Grief Support Group is a welcoming, supportive space where grief, hope, and curiosity are all allowed. We’ll begin with a simple sharing circle and one-word check-ins, creating connection and grounding us together from the very start.
From there, we’ll move into gentle vision boarding and reflection, exploring:
- One word for how you’re arriving today
- The lessons you want to carry with you into 2026
- What you’re ready to leave behind or soften your relationship with
- What you’d love more of in the year ahead — ease, support, joy, meaning
This is not about goal-setting or reinventing yourself. It’s about honoring where you’ve been, acknowledging what has shaped you, and opening space for what feels supportive next.
This session holds both depth and lightness — a place where grief is welcomed and forward movement feels gentle and human.
✨ Sharing is always optional
✨ No pressure, no fixing
✨ Presence, reflection, and connection
Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, supported, and a little clearer about what you’re carrying forward — and what you don’t need to bring with you.
