NAYC EVENT REGISTRATION INFORMATION
All NAYC attendees must register at www.northamericanyouthcongress.com. Registration includes a badge which allows access to all sessions in both the stadium and the convention center (as well as the official NAYC 2023 app).

Here are a few important details to assist you in registering for North American Youth Congress:
Please be aware, you will be required to provide your Hotel Block Confirmation Number, Reservation Acknowledgement Number, or Exemption Number provided from Connections Housing in order to complete your registration. This number will be assigned once you have booked your hotel through Connections Housing or once you are approved for an exemption.

$85 Floor Level (Plus a $1.50 Eventbrite online service fee & 2.5% processing fee per ticket.)
$75 Concourse Low (Plus a $1.50 Eventbrite online service fee & 2.5% processing fee per ticket.)
$65 Concourse High (Plus a $1.50 Eventbrite online service fee & 2.5% processing fee per ticket.)
$55 Club Level (Plus a $1.50 Eventbrite online service fee & 2.5% processing fee per ticket.)
Note: "Club" is the section above Concourse High.
$85 On-site (Plus a $1.50 Eventbrite point of sale service fee & 2.5% processing fee per ticket.)
$60 One Day Friday Pass (Available on-site after the Thursday evening service) (Plus a $1.50 Eventbrite point of sale service fee & 2.5% processing fee per ticket.)
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
- To purchase event registrations, you’ll need your Housing Confirmation (Acknowledgement) Number/ Exemption Number.
- You’ll need to know the number of attendees in your group. Note: if you need over 100 tickets, you will need a second person to register the remaining attendees.
- You’ll need to know what level you want to be in (Floor, Concourse Low, Concourse High, Club Level).
- You’ll need to have your payment method ready to go with the billing information attached with that card (Double check that credit limit!)
- Ensure you have all the Contact Information (Shipping Address for the badges, billing address for the card being used, Registrants’ personal information that matches the housing information)
Frequently Asked Questions:
When does registration end? Online registration will be available until 11:59pm CST on June 30, 2023. Onsite registration will be available at 12:00 noon, Wednesday, July 26, 2023.
Once registered, can I sit anywhere I want? No, you may only sit in the level where you purchased a registration badge.
Does everyone need to register to attend? Yes, everyone must be registered to attend the event (children 12 months and up need a ticket).
What is included? Each registration badge allows access to all general sessions in The Dome at America’s Center and all split sessions in the America’s Center. It also includes the official NAYC digital app. Only registered attendees who show their badge will be allowed into the general and split sessions. Entrance to Hyphen Late Night and Afterburners must be purchased separately at an upcoming date.
What is the refund policy? Registration is non-refundable, but transferable.
How do I transfer my NAYC registration? NAYC registration badges can be sold directly to another individual or group. It is the ticket buyer's responsibility to transfer the physical badge to the new individual/group. They must have the badge in order to enter the stadium. If they do not have a badge, they will be required to register at the $85 onsite registration rate. Pictures of the badge or code on their phone will not be acceptable. A copy of the Eventbrite confirmation email or "printable ticket" will be required to purchase replacement badges.
Is there a per service registration rate? We are offering one-day, onsite registration for Friday only for $60. These tickets will be available at the Registration Booth after the Thursday evening service and ending prior to the Friday evening service.
Will the doors be open to the general public during the evening services? No, you must be registered to enter the split sessions, general sessions, and evening services.
When will I receive my badges? If you registered between March 10 and April 10, your badges will be shipped to the address listed on your registration form. If you register after April 10, you will be able to pick up your badges at the Pre-Registration Booth on-site at NAYC. Note: We will not be shipping registrations badges outside of the United States. If you are coming to NAYC from outside of the United States, please plan to pick up your registration packets during the on-site registration period on Wednesday, July 26th. This is in case of delayed shipments and to prevent your badges being lost in transit.

In an effort to create a positive attendee hotel booking experience, UPCI Youth Ministries will offer the following two options: Early booking or General booking at www.northamericanyouthcongress.com
-Early hotel bookings will occur January 24, 2023, at 10:00am CST
-General hotel bookings will occur February 10, 2023, at 10:00am CST
It is necessary that NAYC 2023 attendees stay within the official housing block managed by Connections Housing. More housing and hotel information will be available at www.northamericanyouthcongress.com.
