Nordic African International Trade Fair, organized by Nordic Africa Trade Fair in the partner with African embassies, is the African commercial and cultural exhibition event in Helsinki, Finland on March 24th- 25th , 2016. The trade fair will give the opportunities to African and Nordic company to exhibit their products and services, give visibility to African business and made by Africa and Nordic companies products, Non-Government Organization presented in Africa and working with African countries.
II. Program of NAITF
The Nordic Africa International Trade Fair (NAITF) will be organized with the program focused on matchmaking, and business presentation, with the help of Finnparnership. With matchmaking activities, companies and business organization in African countries can seek for new cooperation opportunities and business partners from Finland to establish a joint venture, import from developed countries, export African products/ services, sign franchise, and licensing agreement subcontracting and more.
There will be 2 stages and a meeting room as shown in the floor map for the business matching and presentation, for signing contracts and make discussion.
Stage1 (for the Commercial Companies/Organizations) is used to show case their products, services and gives presentation on their companies which have to register and pay when make registration for the trade fair. The detailed agenda will be updaded later
Stage2 (for the Government/cities and Non-Profit, Non- Government Organization) used to promote for their countries, cultures and activities. It is free of charged. In this stage, we will arrange some discussion / talks to bring more understand on difference and opportunities between Africa and Nordic. The detailed agenda will be updaded later.
The meeting room can be registered and booked during the trade fair and free of charged

IIi. Exhibition hall
The Nordic Africa International Trade Fair will be held at Merikaapelihalli – the indoor hall of Kaapelitehdas (Finnish for "the Cable Factory", also called simply Kaapeli, Swedish: Kabelfabriken) is a famous building in Ruoholahti, Helsinki, near the bridge to Lauttasaari. The Cable Factory encompasses five hectares of culture! Covering a total area of 56,000 square metres, the Cable Factory is the biggest and most diverse cultural centre in Finland. The Cable Factory houses 3 museums, 12 galleries, dance theaters, art schools and a host of artists, bands and companies active in the creative industries.
IV. Space allocation and cost for exhibitor
Space is allocated in multiples of 9 square meters each, and we have options of already constructed stands inside exhibition halls.
A large indoor exhibition space is available for exhibitors who wish to build/construct their own stands.
The possible minimum exhibition space is 9SQM
