Nordic African International Trade Fair, organized by Nordic Africa Trade Fair in the partner with African embassies, is the African commercial and cultural exhibition event in Helsinki, Finland on March 24th- 25th , 2017. The trade fair will give the opportunities to African and Nordic company to exhibit their products and services, give visibility to African business and made by Africa and Nordic companies products, Non-Government Organization presented in Africa and working with African countries.

III. Exhibition hall
The Nordic Africa International Trade Fair will be held at Merikaapelihalli – the indoor hall of Kaapelitehdas (Finnish for "the Cable Factory", also called simply Kaapeli, Swedish: Kabelfabriken) is a famous building in Ruoholahti, Helsinki, near the bridge to Lauttasaari. The Cable Factory encompasses five hectares of culture! Covering a total area of 56,000 square metres, the Cable Factory is the biggest and most diverse cultural centre in Finland. The Cable Factory houses 3 museums, 12 galleries, dance theaters, art schools and a host of artists, bands and companies active in the creative industries.
The hall is 2.9km far from the Helsinki City Center (https://goo.gl/Z2KPLi) and 31km far from the Helsinki – Vantaa Airport (https://goo.gl/29Ykbw) with the capacity of around 5000 people.
IV. Space allocation and cost for exhibitor
Space is allocated in multiples of 9 square meters each, and we have options of already constructed stands inside exhibition halls.
A large indoor exhibition space is available for exhibitors who wish to build/construct their own stands.
The possible minimum exhibition space is 9SQM
