Come work with me in the field and learn the tips and tricks I've developed for working in this environment. Let me show you the best spots to capture the river and the North Cascades that surround it. This workshop is rain or shine (and when shooting the river, rain is often better!). I'll be available for questions and instruction during the shooting periods of the workshop.
2PM: Meet at Chair 9 restaurant in Glacier, WA for meet and greet and strategizing.
3-6PM: Explore a few different locations scouting photos and shooting and discussing technique.
6-9PM: Settle down at the best location for conditions to explore and capture the dramatic late day light and sunset.
Afterwards all participants are encouraged to submit their favorite images via e-mail to receive feedback and critique. Participants should prepare to shoot in the rain by dressing appropriately and bringing a change of shoes (we may end up wading a bit in the shallow parts of the river) and socks, camera rain protection, etc.
