Description

At this demo style class learn how to make homemade ravioli like a professional. Follow along as instructor JoMarie Pitino (pasta chef at Ava Gene’s in Portland) demonstrates the entire process including how to make dough, use a pasta roller, and shape ravioli. After class enjoy a family-style pasta dinner featuring Durant Olive Mill evoo, Apero vinegars, and Durant vineyards estate wines.

About the chef: JoMarie Pitino has been making pasta at Ava Gene’s Restaurant for the past few years and has figured out how to make pasta using beautiful grains grown and milled here in the Pacific Northwest. She hosts classes to teach what she's learned and showcases the flavor and benefits of using whole grains.
