A panel discussion on the future of Chicago and the work of the nonprofit sector.
About this event
THE EVENT IS SOLD OUT AND TICKETS WILL NOT BE SOLD AT THE DOOR.
This Axelson Access event brings together leaders from the city government and nonprofits to discuss the future of Chicago and the nonprofit sector. Panelists include Mary Morten, Mark Ishaug, Teresa Córdova, and Candace Moore.
The panel will engage the questions of: what is Chicago’s vision of engagement with the nonprofit community in helping the city flourish and thrive? What sorts of collaboration between government and nonprofits could help achieve that vision? Including both a panel discussion and Q+A session, this will be a time to engage the strategic, historical, and systemic realities that structure work of nonprofits in Chicago. Lunch will be provided.
Another Axelson Access event will be held the spring, and then the conversations from both of these gatherings will culminate in our spring 2020 conference.
The Axelson Center would like to thank Wintrust Bank for its sponsorship of this event.
