Accessibility Statement

Nonprofit New York is committed to making our events and experiences as accessible as possible. We have ASL Interpretation services available and have ensured table clearance at the annual meeting is 28 inches to accommodate mobility devices. A general blueprint of the space, PowerPoints and other materials, and accessible handouts can be made available before the annual meeting at attendees’ request. Guide dogs are welcome as well. Elevators are available in addition to stairs for all spaces. Gender neutral bathrooms, as well as a lactation and prayer room, will be available.

COVID-19 Policy

While proof of vaccination is no longer required to visit the event spaces and offices at the Ford Foundation, we appreciate your commitment to the health and safety of our community. As vaccines and boosters remain a critical and effective tool against COVID-19, vaccination is still strongly recommended to minimize personal risk. Masks are not required, so please consider your individual comfort level. Nonprofit New York will monitor public health conditions and reserves the right to modify its COVID-19 policy based on new or changing guidance from local, state, and/or national mandates, advances in medical research, and to comply with related legal requirements, as necessary.

Ticket Cancellation, Photography, and Event Policy

Nonprofit New York’s Annual Meeting is nonrefundable. All registrants will receive recordings from the plenary sessions and keynote speaker. For more information on our policy or for questions about the conference in general, please reach out to dmasland@nonprofitnewyork.org.

Please be advised that, if you register for the annual meeting, unless we hear from you otherwise, we will include you as part of our regular contact list. By registering for this meeting, you hereby: (1) give consent for Nonprofit New York to use your photograph or image in its print, online and video publications; (2) release Nonprofit New York, its employees and any outside third parties from all liabilities or claims that you might assert in connection with the above-described uses; and (3) waive any right to inspect, approve or receive compensation for any materials or communications, including photographs, videotapes, website images or written materials, incorporating photos/images of you.
