Can I share my individual ticket or series package registration with other people?  

Unfortunately, it is not possible to share registration with other people. In order to bring these webinars to the nonprofit space at their current individual rate, our webinars are priced at a one registration, one viewer model. Please purchase a group ticket, which allows multiple members from the same organization to view the webinar from a central location using one log-in. 

I'll miss one of the webinars, will I receive a recording? 

Yes! All webinar purchases include the live broadcast, as well as a recording and downloadable PowerPoint slides that you can view at your convenience---we send these to all registrants, regardless of whether or not they attend. The recordings and PowerPoint slides will be sent to the registered email address shortly after each live session. 

If I join the series mid-point, can I purchase recordings of the first few webinars?

How do I receive credit if I am taking this webinar series for CEUs? 

ASU Lodestar Center is offering 0.6 CEUs for those who purchase the entire webinar series. When you complete your purchase, select "ASU Lodestar" from the dropdown menu when prompted to indicate your referral source; select "yes" when asked if you are taking the series for CEUs. After the series is complete, ASU Lodestar Center will mail a certificate to the address you provide. 

What is the refund policy?

NFF will accept refund requests up to 1 full business day before the start of the webinar.

Can I purchase the discount package after the webinar series has started?
