Course Overview
This practical, hands-on 1 Day course teaches students how to use proven and effective approaches to correcting and preventing root causes of problems or nonconformities that exist anywhere within their organizations. It can help to satisfy management system requirements for planning and establishing a process for corrective action. Corrective and preventive actions are fundamental components of any API Spec Q1, API Spec Q2, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025 or OHSAS 18001 management system. Developing effective corrective and preventive actions have challenged organizations, both large and small for decades. Get to the root cause of nonconformities and stop dealing with the same recurring problems.  In this training our instructor will provide practical steps of establishing corrective and preventive actions to overcome these challenges.
