Description
Slipping into darkness.... we edge slowly and inevitibly into winter. I love winter (and truth be told, I love gray sky and rain - I am from Seattle, the weather soul mate of London). So the beginning of October is a perfect moment to celebrate the coming dark days. Winter brings warm and cozy. And cities with winter dark are centers or incredible creativity - Seattle is the city of Jazz! The UK is known for the Beattles and Glam Rock (70s).
In appreciation of the connection between weather and creativity, and our own inner darkness (none of us are sunny all the time), in need of sparkling conversation and comfort food, our menu will be inspired by Seattle and London. Don't worry, we will be doing fusion spins on these themes! But more importantly, we will celebrate creativity with live music provided by singer songwriter Roswitha, AKA Queen Rose, who will perform some songs from her newly released album DESTINY!
Please join us, and a group of lovely strangers and lovely music, for this Wednesday evening dinner! We'll no doubt find lots to talk about as the nights grow longer, and creativity grows in the darkness. Don't worry, we will not be eating in total darkness!
Our meal will include an aperitif, starter, main course and pudding.
A vegetarian option is always available.
£35 per adult as contribution for food – you bring your own wine or alcoholic beverage.
