Vendor Registration for Slow Streets Noe Art Mart.

About this event

These tickets are for vendors to reserve a stall space to participate in the Slow Streets Noe Art Mart. Vendors must register for each Sunday they wish to participate.

EVENT DATE and TIME:

Every Sunday through 6/30/21.

11 am to 6 pm.

Set Up: 10 am to 11 am.

Street gets blocked off to traffic at 10 am. Vendor vehicles allowed inside closure until 11 am.

Tear Down: 6 to 7 pm.

Street gets re-opened to traffic at 7 pm. Vendor vehicles allowed inside closure after 6:15 pm. Vendors must stay open until at least 5 pm.

Cost: $15 weekly cost to street vendors to participate. Funds go directly towards event management.

WEATHER:

If closure is to be cancelled due to weather, the Castro Merchants Association will make the call by Saturday night and all scheduled vendors will then be informed of the cancellation.

VENDOR INFO:

Each vendor:

Is allotted up to a 10x10 footprint (10x10 pop up tent is allowed).

Must be self reliant and self contained. Please bring everything you need for a successful event, and please take it with you post event; including all trash/recycling.

Follow all government guidance and protocols related to COVID 19.

Must arrive and be fully set up by 11 am. Vendors can leave street closure after 5 pm but no cars will be allowed into the street closure space before 6:15 pm. Vendors must stay open until 5 pm.

BEST PRACTICES:

Print and bring appropriate COVID safety signage and hand sanitizer:

SF.GOV Social Distancing Poster

Help promote the event in advance and encourage the support of other vendors.

Model positive social distancing, mask wearing, and other COVID-19 related risk mitigation practices.

Things NOT to do:

Smoke within the Shared Spaces footprint.

Consume alcohol inside the Shared Spaces footprint except while seated at a table of a bar or restaurant.

Block the sidewalk or impede the 14’ emergency vehicle lane that runs through the middle of the Shared Spaces permit.

Leave things behind for others to clean up or remove.
