Adam Crabtree
Adam Crabtree has been writing node.js for 5 years, and conducting node.js training for the past 4 years.
During this time, Adam has:
- Spoken on node.js at FluentConf, JSConf and HTML5DevConf
- Founded and organized several meetup groups with over 2000 total combined members including:
- DallasJS
- DallasNode, the world's 2nd node.js meetup group
- BayNode, the world's 3rd largest node.js meetup group
- Spoken at times monthly at those meetup groups
- Built multiple greenfield node.js back-ends including:
- F!rst Mobile Social Network for Gamers
- Mefeedia Search Engine API
- Hermes Plugin-based IDE API Platform for HP Palm/webOS
- Improved LinkedIn's server performance, reliability and overall code quality
Most importantly, over the year he was at LinkedIn, Adam has been personally responsible for the monthly week-long node.js training at LinkedIn, where he trained 20+ engineers every month as a requirement to working on LinkedIn's Mobile Server.
