Event description

Description

Two nights and Two Locations Only (Berkeley & Walnut Creek) featuring a very special guest playing live cello-Suellen Primost is an incredibly gifted cellist and we are excited to collaborate together on this gorgeous tribute to the darkest phase of the year.

Celebrate Winter Solstice by pausing your busy schedule and slowing down through a graceful evening of healing sounds, meditation, candlelight, and community.

Winter Solstice is a celebration of nocturnal delight, a magnetic time to meditate on what you'd like to draw forward and what is best left behind during this final, dark phase of the year.

Attune to this special time of year with a cozy, acoustic healing sound bath with live quartz crystal bowls interwoven with soulful cello. Nocturne is designed to warm your soul through healing sounds, a guided meditation, candlelight, and hot cocoa :-)

Embrace the lingering night with healing sounds and effortless rest.

No yoga will be practiced, simply wear comfortable clothes, lay down, and be immersed by a healing "bath" of live meditative sounds. Appropriate for ages 14 and up.

Melissa's story ~ Learn more about my story here.
I used sound as therapy to erradicate a vicious cycle of anxiety and depression I experienced after my father fell severely mentall ill. Through utilizing sound as therapy, I was able to retrain my body and mind to rest and create new space to metabolize the traumatic experience of losing my father.
