NoCo Oyster Roast 2023

Join us for local oysters, raw or grilled, a Highland Park Boil complete with dirty beans and rice, live music and of course the best beer around!

This year we will be serving up oysters from the seaside of Smith Island harvested just a day before the roast!

These babies are smooth and plump, carrying a complex lively brininess, finishing clean and subtly sweet. With your ticket you’ll get 2 plates of 8, your choice of raw or grilled. Our shuckers are bringing a complete condiment bar with all the fixins’ to choose your own slurpin’ adventure.

As for sides, we’re complimenting these oysters with a Highland Park Boil of corn & potatoes seasoned with garlic & dill, and filling you up with Mike’s Super Special Secret Recipe dirty rice and beans. Wash it all down with a couple pints of Larchmont Lager and you’ll be fat and happy!

Listen y’all, last year we ate up all the oysters about 2 hours in, and although we’ve ordered EVEN MORE this year, you betta get here early!
