Noche Verde: A Springtime Spanish Culinary Tour
Modesto has collaborated with STLVegGirl for a festive dinner event focused solely on plants. In her effort to get more people to put "a plant on every plate,” STLVegGirl's Caryn Dugan developed a five course vegan dinner alongside Modesto’s executive chef, Carlos Hernandez.
In celebration of the upcoming spring season, the event incorporates early buds of spring greens into the menu. More than a meal of satisfying vegan dishes of Spanish influence, the dinner includes signature Noche Verde cocktails, conversation and education, giveaways and Spanish wine pairings.

Dinner will be served at 7:00 p.m.

ABOUT MODESTO TAPAS BAR & RESTAURANT
Founded by Brendan Marsden and Julie Block, Modesto is an original restaurant concept. STLVegGirl, Caryn Dugan, is a Food for Life instructor, where she earned her certification through the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) in Washington, DC. She teaches classes focusing on preventing cancer, preventing and reversing diabetes, children’s wellness, healthy weight management and corporate wellness all through the use of nutrition. Along with making regular TV appearances on FOX, KMOV and KSDK, Caryn has clients, is a personal chef and enjoys her speaking engagements.
