Early Registration: February 6, 2017 - March 31, 2017
Late Registration: April 1 - April 7, 2017
Cost: $75 early registration; $80 late registration
Sign up early - space is limited!
Space is limited to 20 people. However, if tickets sell out, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to be added to a wait list and we will notify you if there are enough people to open a 2nd session.
Are there minimum age requirements to register for the event?
You will need to supply your Date of Birth during the registration process since only those 18 years of age and older can register for this event.
Can anyone at any fitness level participate in this event?
As with any physical activity, you should consult with your physician before participating, especially if you are currently undergoing medical treatment. This event will feature a variety of fitness activites at different levels and you always have the choice to observe instead of participate for any activity that seems too difficult at the time.

Five fantastic West Loop located fitness studios have each put together a 20-minute class that will showcase their specific techniques. Afterwards, come celebrate with us at Wise Owl Restaurant in the West Loop. Don't miss out on the amazing buffet and the NOCC's signature tealtinis post fitness crawl!
The NOCC 2017 Fitness Crawl proceeds support RESEARCH IN ACTION; an initiative that supports THE OVARIAN CANCER DREAM TEAM a partnership between the NOCC, Stand Up To Cancer and the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund Alliance.
Live Grit is the West Loop's swim-bike-run store and training community. Trainers from Live Grit will start off the fitness crawl with a warm-up at Fulton River Park and guide you on shorts runs to each location. Video coming soon!
Bellicon Bounce is a new concept for rebounder exercise that alternates fierce cardio and strength training in a structured, progressive workout. Don't miss out on this cardio and toning workout on mini trampolines. Bring your sticky socks for this one! View video here
Brooklyn Boulders Chicago is a first of it’s kind rock climbing facility and dynamic creative community. Brooklyn Boulders' trainers will offer a mix of climbing, parkour, bodyweight HIIT, and Clubbell training. View video here
