What is no words?
no words is sacred space fueled by sound healing meditation designed by our friend, Ian Morris of Listening To Smile. A collaboration of Speaking Down Barriers and #AgeOld, we offer space for you to come and meditate, create art, or write while immersed in healing sounds. While we offer various spaces for transformative work around human difference, this space goes beyond language and invites you to share in a much deeper way: through presence and art.
Join us at 11:00 AM. Bring mats, water, art supplies, and whatever else makes you comfortable. A suggested donation of $7 will help us to cover costs for offering the space. However, noone is turned away.

The size of the group is determined based on event space. Ideal groups are between 30-50 participants.
