8:25 am - Opening Session – Chris Brown – Introduction of Theme - "Pursue"

Description: Why are we here? What are we supposed to do, and how are we supposed to do it? Wouldn’t the answer to these questions clear up so much of the stress and weight of responsibilities that we are trying to juggle in our daily lives? Maybe today we can get a better glimpse of who we are, and more importantly whose we are, and walk out of here with much more freedom than when we walked in.

Chris Brown has served as a Senior Pastor and Teaching Pastor at North Coast Church since 2004. Prior to that, he was the Campus Pastor at Azusa Pacific University, and then a Youth Pastor in the LA area.

As a gifted storyteller and Bible teacher, he loves to use his sense of humor and motivational style to help people truly experience all of the grace and mercy that they have been given in order to fall more in love with Jesus. His life work and ambition are to use his unique gifts and personality to equip people to follow Jesus while building healthy and highly productive teams that serve the local church.

How do we pursue a Biblical vision for our marriage in every season of a man’s life? Join Steve as he explores this challenging topic and brings practical application for men to pursue Godly marriages.

Today’s session is meant to bring some much needed encouragement to those of us who just need to hear that we are made for this, and that parenting may be easier for us than what we have made it out to be.
