Over its half decade history, the No Budget Film Festival has more than quadrupled its submissions draw numbers. Hundreds of filmmakers from around the world chose to send their films to NBFF 2014. This year, we selected a world-class programming team culled from top international festivals to scour these selections for the best in global filmmaking, resulting in a rich and challenging program representing 13 different countries over 5 continents.
