The North/Northeast Community Development Initiative Action Plan has been adopted!
You're invited to a Community Forum to learn more about the Action Plan and the resources that are available for implementation of the key strategic goals and objectives.
The N/NE Community Development Initiative Action Plan will guide the investment of $32 million in Tax Increment Financing (TIF) resources for economic development in the Interstate Corridor Urban Renewal Area (URA). The goal of the N/NE Community Development Initiative Action Plan is to foster economic prosperity among African Americans and people of color.
A BIG thank you goes to everyone who has participated in our community engagement process. The Action Plan was reviewed by the PDC Board of Commissioners and adopted by the City Council. Please click here for a copy of the Action Plan.
