Notice is hereby given of the next NNCEE Annual General Meeting which will take place at The Abbey Theatre, Pool Bank Street Nuneaton. Warwickshire. CV11 5DB, on Thursday 6th October 2016 10am- for 10.30am start.
We have guest speakers from the makers of two popular BBC Programmes; Eastenders and Call The Midwife. Children of all ages including large numbers of new-born infants regularly take part in these programmes in a huge variety of circumstances. These speakers will share their experiences of the numerous things that must be taken into account when planning these programmes and the mountains they have to climb to ensure all these children and infants are properly safeguarded and have a great time whilst taking part.
There will also be an opportunity for you to share your views on the way forward for the NNCEE.
There are a number of posts requiring election:-

2. Hon Treasurer
3. Minute Secretary
Members wishing to stand for any of the above posts must submit a nomination which is formally proposed and seconded in accordance with NNCEE constitution, to be received by the Hon Secretary (Joanne Booth, firstname.lastname@example.org ) no later than 14 days prior to the AGM - (21 September 2016).
A free buffet lunch will be available which will cater for vegetarian dietary requirements. If you have other particular food allergies /dietary requirements please consider bringing your own lunch. Tea and coffee on arrival, as well as bottles ofwater will also be available.
