Register for both conferences for just $295, or register for a single day for $195.
Details are below.
Thursday 27 April 2017
8 hours CPD
The 2017 Wellness Conference is designed to help you ‘Realise your inner potential’. Stress and its ramifications are consistently identified as a leading concern to us, today’s nurses and midwives.
We believe each of us has the innate potential to overcome the challenges we encounter with stress and that at times, yes, we may need help to see this.
This conference will provide you with the opportunity to recognise your true strengths and capabilities, particularly when under duress. With the help of industry experts you will be guided to ‘Realise your inner potential’, to aid and assist you when those life stressors inevitably present to challenge you, in and away from your workplace.
The program features presentations from Australia’s leader in resilience building, Hugh van Cuylenburg, the mindfulness program, Smiling Mind, as well as appearances from award winning musician Clare Bowditch and nutritionist Lola Berry. Our speakers will motivate and inspire you. Most importantly, they will leave you with many practical and useful techniques and strategies to introduce to your workplace, home and in your community.
The Wellness Conference 2017 will include music and laughter, along with interactive sessions such as yoga and nutrition, all designed to promote physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual health.
