Description
NJ Live CLE Courses: Earn up to twelve live credits on Wednesday, January 22, 2019! Each course is 3 credits and includes 1.2 ethics credits! Newly admitted attorneys can also earn up to twelve newly admitted credits in four separate categories. This pass provides access to all courses offered including:
9:00 am - 11:30 am
New Jersey Basic Estate Planning
11:40 am - 2:10 pm
New Jersey Municipal Court Practice
2:30 pm - 5:00 pm
New Jersey Landlord/Tenant Practice
5:10 pm - 7:40 pm
New Jersey Basic Estate Administration
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 12 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 4.8 qualify as hours for ethic/professionalism, and 3 qualify as credit toward certification in civil trial law, criminal trial law, workers compensation law, municipal court law, and/or matrimonial law.
This program also qualifies under the new admit area of New Jersey basic estate administration for 3 hours of CLE credit; New Jersey municipal court practice for 3 hours of CLE credit; New Jersey landlord/tenant practice for 3 hours of CLE credit; and New Jersey basic estate planning for 3 hours of CLE credit.

Faculty
Eric T. Gilson has presented on a host of legal research methods and legal technology topics on the national level. He has presented at Harvard Law School on the integration of mobile technology in the legal research context. He has also lectured on effectively finding information on a variety of legal research topics including advanced legal research in the law school setting.
