General Refund Policy:

Ticket Refund Requests will be honored up to seven days before the event date.

Additional Policies:

When you purchase your tickets, you will be able to select your specific seats from those that are still available.

Event management reserves the right to make minor seat adjustments to facilitate seat availability. A seat or seats may be shifted one or two seats within the same row.

Starting at 7:30 any unoccupied purchased seats may be filled by Standby Ticket holders. No refund will be issued to original ticket buyers.

Guests arriving after 7:30 will be seated (if there are seats available) at the discretion of the management to prevent interruption of the performance. No refunds for late arrivals in the event that there are no seats available.
