About this event

Don't miss out on the 5th Annual Nigeria Cultural Parade & Festival bringing the fun and beauty of Nigerian culture to Downtown Houston on Saturday, October 2, 2021.

Celebration starts at 10:00 AM near the Toyota Center followed by a festival at Root Memorial Park.

Come on and join us for an unforgettable, exciting experience where you can experience Nigerian culture with no passport required!

COVID-19 Protocols:

Due to the nature of COVID-19, social distancing and face masks are highly encouraged to ensure the health of our guests and a safe, fun experience. Hand-sanitizing stations will be placed throughout the festival. Free vaccinations will be provided on-site.

Organizer of NIGERIA CULTURAL PARADE & FESTIVAL (Downtown Houston)

The Nigeria Cultural Parade & Festival is organized under the aegis collaboration between Culturally Naija and WeLead. Culturally Naija was founded in 2016 by a group of Nigerian Americans to address the needs of the Nigerian community and enhancing a positive image. WeLEAD is a platform focused on making a difference as a change agent. To represent possibilites, present opportunities and connect communties across the world.
