Lay down practice, where each person will listen to the guidance of my voice, incorporating sound bowls in the session to assist full relaxation. We will go through a calming of the mind and body with a body scan, energetic scan, navigate pairs of opposites-sensations, ending with a visualization.

Bring anything to support your body's maximum comfort. Blankets, pillows, bolster, sleep/yoga mat, rollup lounge bed and eye/sleep masks. No props will be provided for the session. Make sure to bring everything you need for your body to be as comfortable as possible.

Do I need to be an experienced meditator to experience the benefits of Yoga Nidra?

Not at all. All you have to do is come, lay down and relax. First and most important thing is self care and this practice is a great place to start or continue that journey.
